When You Play Airsoft, be responsible, be respectful, be safe.
Any person(s) who changes, alters, removes, or obliterates any coloration or markings that are required by any applicable state or federal law or regulation, for any imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device in any way that makes the imitation firearm (replica firearm) or device look more like a firearm could be guilty of violating state or federal law.
All unauthorized trademarks MUST BE permanently removed. This means those trademarks will be unrecoverable. We will not do alterations, so please do not ask.
Airsoft Ammo Supply ships FREE for its customers all items with USPS unless otherwise noted. Notifications will be issued via comments on your order. Free shipping does not apply to our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, please email us at airsoftammosupply@gmail.com for a shipping quote before or after payment has been made. All items with carry minimum a delivery confirmation notice and some orders may require signature confirmation, This could delay your shipment to you.
Airsoft Ammo Supply normally ships out orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends or holidays) after we receive payment for your order. All items marked unavailable or out of stock are not available for purchase and will not be processed. We will notify you via email within 24 business hours if we have a problem(s) with your order.
Airsoft Ammo Supply will only ship purchased items to your billing address. If you wish to have your order sent to a different address, please contact us with your order ID and telephone number via email and request a shipping address change. If you do not contact us before we process your order, the items purchased will be shipped to your billing address and you will be responsible for those goods. This is necessary to combat increasing credit card fraud from online orders.
ATTENTION: DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE SELL, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
THERE WILL BE NO COOL-OFF PERIOD, NO TRYING BUYS, NO TEST BUYS.
There are no warranties, explicit or implied, provided for any items sold by Airsoft Ammo Supply unless otherwise noted.
All items are checked by staff prior to shipment for factory defects. If any are discovered we will replace with a non-defective one before sending out.
- Returns are not available unless Airsoft Ammo Supply has pre-authorized the return under extreme situations.
- Non-authorized returns will not be processed.
- Any AUTHORIZED returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition with all original packaging materials and manuals.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee (purchase price) for any AUTHORIZED returns.
- The cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our return policy.
- All guns upgraded by Airsoft Ammo Supply will carry a 7-day warranty on labor.
- *Warranty is limited for 7 Days. Removal of orange tip and/or using faulty bbs (I.E. low cost bbs, colorful bbs, paint bbs) will automatically void warranty.
- You must email airsoftammosupply@gmail.com for all warranty claims before you ship any item back.
- Non-authorized warranty claims will not be processed.
- The Cost of sending product(s) back to us is not covered in our warranty policy.
- Please do not ship back inventory without prior authorization from Airsoft Ammo Supply.
